Cramping dan line terang pada OPK tu memang boleh jadi tanda subur, terutama kalau OPK lebih terang dari test line, tu biasanya peak fertility period, so day 18 is possible jugak depending on cycle length kamu. But the cramping and back pain boleh jadi ovulation pain (mittelschmerz) which is normal during fertile window, atau early pregnancy signs, honestly susah nak distinguish sebab dua-dua ni boleh terasa sama je! Few of my mum friends told me they had pinching sensations masa subur time, tapi ada jugak yang terasa exactly the same early pregnancy. Better wait until after 24th to do a proper pregnancy test kalau still tak period, sebab too early lagi for accurate result sekarang, most of us tido lambat sikit je untuk clarity haha. Kalau result still unclear after a few days, check with your gynae ya, they can confirm with blood test
