Alhamdulillah, congrats on your twin pregnancy! Biasanya twin babies datang awal sikit, around 36-37 weeks je, and ramai yang kena C-section sebab positioning atau other factors, so memang perlu ready earlier lah. I'd say start your detailed prep from 32 weeks onwards (hospital bag, childcare plan untuk firstborn if ada, double everything for feeding/diaper setup) and definitely discuss with your OB about your specific situation since setiap twin pregnancy lain-lain. A few of my mum friends with twins say the biggest thing adalah having your support system in place and mentally preparing for the possibility of NICU time, so make sure you're connected with your doctor and have a solid postpartum plan sebab memang lebih intensive sikit.
