TTC | What symptoms are there during the waiting period? 🤔

My husband and I have been trying to conceive this year. LMP is Oct 9-15, and made contact on Oct 17, 20, 22, and 24. Taking folic, vit D, and vit C everyday for 3 months. Hoping for positive results next month. 🙏🏻 Questions: What symptoms during the waiting period? What should I look out for while waiting? Any food recommendations? Feeling feverish lang today but taking a rest today.
