In my point of view, hindi safe ang essentials oils kasi maraming chemicals na ginamit dyan, I do work in a lab before doing such products. Nakakadagdag lang din yan sa indoor air pollution ng bahay. Better to open the windows, maglakad lakad for fresh air lalo na sa open & green areas. Or use natural products like lemon and orange peels.
