Ay nako, i-feel ko yan! Honestly, ganito talaga, 38 weeks pa lang technically, and maraming mums make it to 39, even 40 weeks na walang obvious signs. Kaya mo pa yan! The thing is, walang universal timeline, some get the full drama (discharge, cramping, pressure), pero iba naman just wakes up one morning and boom, labor na. Your strong fetal movements and constant puwit pressure are actually normal at this stage; your body's preparing pa lang even if you don't feel like it's in overdrive. I know the waiting game is frustrating, lalo na when you're achy and due date is so close na, but the good news is majority of babies come within a week or two pa-due anyway. Rest when you can, stay hydrated, at light walking sometimes helps (pero walang pressure kung ayaw mo). Worth checking in with your OB or specialist though para ma-confirm na lahat stable pa, they might give you a clearer picture kung kailangan na ng any intervention or kung pwede pang i-let your body do its thing.
