Best thing is to check with your pediatrician as soon as you can, especially if the rash is spreading atau baby seem uncomfortable, sebab sometimes kena treatment khusus macam antifungal or antibiotic cream. One of my mum friends punya baby had a similar issue and it turned out to be fungal, so better get it checked out rather than guess-guess!
