How do you teach your son about treating women the proper way

One idea is get your son to take you/your spouse out on a dinner date. Get him to opens doors for u, pulls out your chair, talk about his day & ask you how urs was, Have him pay the bill with money he earned by doing chores, and even tip the waiter/waitress. By doing this you are teaching him how to treat a lady & how to take her on a proper date. Put your phone and iPad away and sit and talk to each other about your days, things you guys want to do, etc. :)
