how to stop breast milk, feeding & engorgements, any over the counter medications to stop it?

I didnt take any medications. I gradually wean off by reducing the number of pumps every few days. It will hurt due to engorgement etc but i just bear the pain and pump out just to relieve the pain abit. Make sure to have breast pads in bra. Apply cold compress and only took cold showers. Its a tough process but i got thru it in the end.

hi sis, don't mind me asking you but today morning I have started the cabbage compress and last pump at 3am ..any advise to guide me along?
