How often do you pump at work and how do you store milk and pump parts (can't sterilise at work..)Thanks!

3x po ako nag pa pump po.. med 9 tapos mga 1 or 2 then mga 4pm ulit.. sa cooler ko sya nilalagay na maraming ice packs po
2 times..when 1 use it for first time,put the pump acessories in fridge..bo need to wash and sterelize again and again
Pump once during lunch time.. I don’t think is good to pump during my working hours. I’m weaning off so 4x per day
2x at work. I use boiling water from dispenser to sterilise and store milk in office fridge.
I pump only once during lunch and I store the parts in a container in the fridge for both milk and pump parts.
once every lunch time, since i cannot store it but i can milk bath my baby when i got home

Twice a day. Iniiwan ko lang sa cooler bag ung parts kasi field work kami. Walang ref na pwedeng paglagyan

Twice, i do bring ice pack I put it into my cooler bag to store milk and my pump parts I put in a bag..
