Insufficient breast milk

Adoi, at 15 months dah lama breastfeeding, you're doing great! At this age, babies usually dah makan solid food quite a bit, so milk intake jadi less critical than the first few months, but here's what I'd look for: if baby is active, gaining weight steadily (doctor should confirm at check-ups), wet diapers are normal, dan mood is cheerful, usually you're fine lah. A few of my mum friends noticed their toddlers jadi more clingy or cranky when milk supply dropped, or if solid intake suddenly drop juga. Best thing is to chat with your doctor or lactation consultant, they can assess baby's weight growth properly, which is the real tell. In the meantime, keep feeding on demand, make sure you're drinking enough water and eating well, sebab stress and fatigue can affect supply too!
