How do I make Bicol Express more appealing to children?

Go easy on the sili or don't add any at all. We know that Bicol express is known for its being "hot" or maanghang, right? And it wouldn't be called Bicol Express if not because of the sili. But kids don't like spicy food because of the taste, and some are allergic to it or cant digest it well.
