How do I store freshly pumped milk?

You can store it in the fridge for 3-5 days. 3 days is the recommended guideline and 5 days if your fridge is very cold. Store at back of fridge for maximum coldness and shelf-life.

You can store them in a chiller to be consumed within 3 days. Or in the freezer to be consumed in 3 months

I pump directly into a storage bag, mark the date and time then freeze immediately.

i put it in the freezer immediately and if I'm out I'll use a cooler bag.

Put them in a breastmilk bag and put them in a freezer.
