Ah, congrats on baby! Breastfeeding a preemie is different, your little one might be too sleepy or weak to latch properly at first, so a lot of us ended up expressing milk initially and feeding through a tube or bottle until baby got stronger. Best thing is to chat with the hospital's lactation consultant (they usually have one) because they can see how your baby feeds and give you the right guidance for your situation, plus help you with expressing if needed.
