Acid reflux Baby

Hay, this is tough kasi ang reflux talaga nakaka-stress sa feeding! One of my mum friends had the same issue, and what helped was feeding her baby in an upright position, like cradled high on her chest, para walang akumulasyon ng gas, and she'd burp regularly in between sides. Best talaga na i-check with your pediatrician kasi depende sa severity, sometimes kailangan ng medication or special feeding techniques, pero generally smaller, frequent feeds work better than long sessions. Rooting for you, mama, reflux is really a phase and it gets better!
