Okay ba ang upright sleeping position during third trimester? Hirap kasi ako sa left/right side.

Nakaka-intindi ko, ang side sleeping talaga ay uncomfortable especially toward the end ng pregnancy! Pero honestly, best mo na i-clarify with your OB kung okay lang ang upright position for you specifically, kasi bawat mama may different situation, may iba na okay, may iba na may concerns. A few of us sa circle namin nag-try ng upright position din when sides were really uncomfortable, pero yung iba nag-invest ng pregnancy pillow to make side-lying mas bearable, so maybe that's worth exploring too habang kinoconsult mo ang doctor?
