Ay, "hindi pa nagbabago na gamot" means the medicine you're taking hasn't changed yet, parang ang dosage or the type of med is still the same from your last check-up! But honestly, dapat itanong mo talaga sa OB mo kung bakit hindi pa nababago, kasi baka may specific reason based sa condition mo or sa baby's development, at alam niya best kung kailangan na mag-adjust na o hindi pa. At 25 weeks, super important na regular ang check-ups mo para sure lahat ay okay with you and baby!
