Eh sayang, kalau sakit macam tu tiba-tiba at 30 weeks, better you go see your doctor or go to the clinic/hospital today lah, jangan tunggu. Especially kalau ada shaking and the pain is really intense, better safe than sorry, kan? A few of my mum friends pun kena side pain during pregnancy and it turned out to be different things, so doctor perlu check properly. Could be Braxton Hicks, could be something else, but you shouldn't ignore it, especially if it's your first time. Go get checked out, okay? Let us know you're okay!
