Eh sayang, kalau sakit macam tu tiba-tiba at 30 weeks, better you go see your doctor or go to the clinic/hospital today lah, jangan tunggu. Especially kalau ada shaking and the pain is really intense, better safe than sorry, kan? A few of my mum friends pun kena side pain during pregnancy and it turned out to be different things, so doctor perlu check properly.
