The feeling during insertion is a bit uncomfortable, like a quick pinch lang, but it's done in minutes, tapos wala na, you forget it's there after a few days honestly! As for body changes, a few of us noticed lighter periods or walang period na talaga, which is actually nice, pero may iba na ang spotting nila is more frequent at first, it usually settles after 3-6 months. Some friends also mentioned slight mood changes or breast tenderness early on, pero most of us leveled out after a bit.
