Ay nako, 165 is a bit high talaga, normal lang dapat below 140 after 2 hours kaya good call na concern mo! A few of us sa mommy group namin went through this din, and honestly the best move is to discuss it agad with your OB kasi they might want to retest or monitor you closely throughout pregnancy, lalo na if it's your first time makakita ng numbers like that. Don't stress too much muna though, some of us were able to manage it with diet adjustments and light exercise, pero really doctor's orders ang kailangan mo talaga for peace of mind and for baby's sake.
