1st Time Preggy

Hi mga mamsh. 1st time ko po mag ka baby. Any suggestions po or advice. Especially sa pag kain and maintaining healthy body. Salamat mga mamsh ??

Momsh iwas/limit eating sweets, salty, oily foods, processed foods. Then ask ka din sa OB mo kung may mga bawal pa depende kung may existing kang sakit bago ka naging preggy. In my case kasi Lactose Intolerant ako so ang milk lang talaga na iniinom ko Anmum tiis lang ako para kay baby dahil siya naman makakaabsorb nun. Mas maging cautious ka sa hygiene, always change your panty liner/undies dahil sa maraming white mens and wash more often, always brush but use a soft toothbrush, stop using makeup, beauty items, or skincare with chemicals dapat Organic lang or di kaya Paraben-free or Chemical free items lang, wear loose clothing para di ka masyado mainitan ngayong summer, pag matutulog ka left or right side lang, sleep early and always drink your Maternal milk and drink your prenatal vitamins, eat as much fruit and veggies as you can Pero kakain ka din nang meat.

Hi. First time mom din ako. :) Exciting diba? Hehe. I always ask other moms din for tips and advice. Walking every morning. Buko/coconut water and Yakult/probiotics lagi. Pineapple juice every once in a while. I try to avoid coffee and tea muna (Ask your OB kung ano mga pwede sayo and hindi na foods ) I also make sure na I eat at least 2 kinds of fruits every day. Sabaw as much as possible. I use organic shampoo muna habang preggy ( you can find cheap but good ones sa watsons ). Carefull sa mga gagamitin mong lotions and makeups. Kung maari organic or yung pang baby. Always check the ingredients! Avoid pwede mo isearch yung mga chemicals na dapat iwasan. When in doubt, wag maghesitate na magask sa OB. Just enjoy your pregnancy :)

- eat healthy - wake up early - wag tulog ng tulog (pero ako tulog ng tulog ako noon) - wag masyado uminom ng softdrinks and juice most especially yung powdered - sabi nila bawal uminom ng malamig na tubig kasi lalaki ang baby (but for me always ako umiinom di naman lumaki si baby sa tummy ko, depende lang siguro) - MOSR IMPORTANT: WALKING (wag maging tamad mamsh, nakakatamad talaga lalo na pag gigising ng umaga para mag walking) I started walking 5 months ang tyan ko di pa everyday yun pa unti unti pa hanggang nag everyday na ako nung malapit na akong manganak. BTW, 3 hrs more or less lang labor ko hehehe

fruits, veggies and water.. wag masyado sa sweets kasi bka magka diabetes ka po or tumaas ung sugar mo, cold drinks/food mabilis makapag palaki kay baby sa tummy mo.. everyday dapat po kumain ka ng fruits mangga, apple avocado are highly recommended na fruits for preggy you should try also ❤️ congrats 😍

Avoid foods na mataas ang mercury content. Fruits and veggies saka yung mga vitamins na bigay ng OB itake po. And lots of water. Iwas sa mga matatamis kasi mas mabilis tumaas ang sugar level pagbuntis. And avoid salty foods din. Lalo sa last trimester at bago manganak pwede kasing makuha ni baby yun paglumabas.

Hello!!! As long as walang pinagbawal ang OB, you can eat anything but of course better na umiwas sa matatamis, maalat, and hilaw na pagkain. Also, start eating more veggies and uminom ng buko juice coz it’s very healthy and will help with your breastfeeding pagnanganak ka na.

congratulations!! - sleep well (towards the last trimester medyo mahirap ito so nap as much as you can) - eat well (veggies, fruits, less carbs and more protein) - positive thoughts :) - pray for a safe and healthy pregnancy

Hmmm..just dont overeat! Always keep a good portion size kahit preggy, you are not eating for two, but you are eating for both of you to be healthy ❤️

Iwasan high cholesterol and maalat para hindi ma-preeclampsia. Iwasan matamis para hindi magkaroon ng gestational diabetes at para hindi sobrang laki ng baby

iwasan mo kumain ng mga raw food, yung mga pagkaing hindi luto. wag kang uminom ng coffee kasi may caffeine yan na bawal daw sa baby
