Hi guys..my girl turns 3 this feb 23.. paano po ba siya turuan kumain with herself?til now sinusubuan ko prin sya nagkaroon kc kmi ng habit na eating while watching while sinusubuan ko sya..pls help! Thanks much☺

During meals lang ba ang concern mo or she's really not eating on her own at all (like biscuits, fruits etc)? Give her spoon and fork and allow her to eat on her own. It might be a bit messy lalo na hindi sya sanay gumamit nito so konting patience lang sa pagliligpit ng kalat sa sahig na mga food. Since nakakaintindi na din naman sya, explain to her why she needs to learn to eat on her own and continue encouraging her.
