Hi, anyone or u have friend/relative who works at AST (Academy of Singapore Teachers)? I will be there for a long term full day course soon. Hence, would like to know whether there is: @ any available fridge that I can use to chill my expressed breastmilk? @ any proper nursing room for AST participants? Thanks!

Not too sure if they have proper nursing facilities but you can try asking the administration if there are any empty rooms that you can use. As for fridges, they have staff pantries and I reckon if you ask for assistance, they will be able to accede to your request. My friends use a fridge to go cooler bag that can keep milk chilled for 12 hours whenever they have to go on courses or are not based in the office. It's a good investment in the long run and since it's travel friendly you can use it during holidays and such. http://www.fridge-to-go.com.sg
