Honestly, a few of us talked about this and most said it's really easier kung nakahiga ka talaga para sa proper placement, pero if you're having trouble with that position, best to ask your OB kung may alternative way or kung kailangan ng tulong during insertion, kasi importante na tama ang placement nito para gumana ng maayos! Some of my mum friends also shared na after insertion, pwede na kang mag-sit or mag-stand normally, so ang challenge lang talaga is yung insertion itself.
