13-day old not pooping for 5 days

Help please, my breastfed newborn is not pooping even if I’m drinking more water and kept on feeding her. She is not peeing much also. What to do? Pedia says I just need to drink lots of water and have a balanced diet. Share your thoughts please. Thank you
