Breast Tendernes

Help this first time future momma out. Nakakapraning lang since ilang araw ng di masakit yung boobs ko (Since Wednesday). Wala kasi akong ibang symptoms bukod sa masakit na boobs. Wala naman akong bleeding. May discharge ako na kaunting mucus na milky white nung Wednesday katulad ng pag fertile ka pero wala naman na after non. Nag search ako sa google pero sabi normal naman yun and yung mawalan ang breast tenderness lalo na nasa 2nd trimester na ko at fully develop na ang placenta this time (16weeks going 17) Monday pa scheduled check up ko sa OB and ina-anxiety ako.

Aww, totally understandable ang pag-worry mo, pero yan talaga ay common sa second trimester, ang breast tenderness comes and goes kaya di dapat mag-panic ka! A few of us moms noticed na parang nagbabago ang intensity ng symptoms as pregnancy progresses, so it's actually a good sign na kayo are adjusting well sa hormones. Ang white milky discharge mo is also normal sa pregnancy, so that part is actually reassuring. I'd still mention it to your OB on Monday just para ma-ease ang mind mo completely (doctors love when parents are proactive!), pero I'm pretty sure makikita mo na everything is fine. Breathe, mama, you're doing great and your body knows what it's doing!
