Sayang, thalassemia ni kena manage dengan doctor yang specialist, okay? HB yang tak naik macam ni bukan boleh settle sendiri, kena proper medical check and plan. Please jangan delay, pergi jumpa paediatrician atau haematologist yang handle thalassemia cases, sebab they'll know exactly what your child needs (maybe it's more than just supplements, or ada other things going on). I know frustrating betul when ubat takleh makan and HB still stuck, but you really need the experts on this one!
