Hi have anyone tried asking for HL from their gynae for sciatica pain? Currently at 29 weeks pregnant.

I had sciatica for second pregnancy but didn't get any HL. Endured throughout till birth. Then I had my PP Massage Aunty to do deep tissue massage to tackle the pain for a week. Recover right after.
