Already read English at his age 2 yrs & 11 months, but diagnosed autistic level 2, is it possible?

He has speech delay but can read words like happy birthday, names of things, animals, numbers and names 1-100, though some words were hard to understand, knew how to read names of colors, fruits, can easily retain what he learned, matching games are easy for him, moror skills were like 5-6 yrs old, he can climb high ladders of slides, but couldn't tell what he wants, just pointing at it, can't tell when he needs potty, picky eaters and has tantrums too.

he is now almost 5 yrs old...his last psychologist recommended him for further sped tutorial and will take IQ test when he turned 5 next year.... I don't have any hopes of having an advance boy because i just 🙏 that he will be a normal kid just like others..but at his age, his learning skills and adaptability is really advance..i will just entrust to God everything..He knows what's the best...

same case kasi sya sa inaanak ko mamsh. panganay un, same case sa baby mo. but you can also ask for 2nd opinion naman. and madadaan naman yan sa therapy kaya don't worry ❤️
