Atopic eczema eruption

Any one has this condition during pregnancy? I’m on my early 1st trimester and I’m having severe eczema all over my body and neck, seen a dermatologist, gave some med creams. But the itch is driving me crazy and it doesn’t seems to get better :( I don’t have this when I had my 1st pregnancy
