Has anyone tried if aloe gel can cure eczema?

Mahal ang aloe gel di ba? Mas maganda din if sariling gawa yung aloe gel. May mga tutorials sa youtube if paano i-extract yung gel from aloe leaves.

I just read about this the other night. Someone posted on one of my FB groups that the aloe gel of Bench was able to dry up the eczema of her son.
