Cramping at week 11 going 12

Hi, has anyone experienced slight cramping at around week 11 going to 12? I’ve been feeling it for 2 days now and it’s worrying. I won’t have my next appointment until 17 nov which is the Oscar scan and 27 nov for gynae consultation.
