Bengkung ibu pantang

Assalamualaikum! Untuk normal delivery, most mums tunggu 2-3 hari baru pakai bengkung, especially if ada episiotomy or stitches lah, kene bagi peluang area tu heal dulu. A few of us tried the stretchy cotton ones (lebih breathable dan comfy) around day 3-4, and honestly pakai from day 5 onwards lagi best sebab dah less raw. Brand-wise, banyak yang reasonably priced, some of my friends swear by the traditional ones from TMJ or Pavilion KL punya maternity shops (around RM60-150 range), tapi ramai juga guna the modern adjustable ones from Shopee or Lazada yang branded macam Bengkung Mama or similar, somewhere RM40-80 je, sama je effective kalau proper fitting. Just make sure it's not terlalu tight especially dalam first week because you still bleeding and bengkung should support, not compress sangat, ya! All the best for your pantang period!
