Honestly, suami boleh teman, tapi bergantung la on their current policy, sometimes they allow partners in delivery room, sometimes hanya di waiting area depending on the situation masa tu. I'd suggest you call HSAJB directly to confirm because policies boleh berubah, especially post-COVID, better safe than sorry kan. A few of us from my mum circle actually delivered there and suami dorang were allowed to be there, tapi memang kena ask ahead of time so semua orang tahu apa yang boleh expect.
