Uy, mama, hands foot mouth disease sa 1-month-old is really something na kailangan tingnan ng doctor agad, please bring baby to the clinic or ER if you haven't already, okay? A few of us moms here have had older kids with it, and honestly, the pediatrician is really the best person to guide you on this one since baby is so tiny pa.
