Hai! Mahal betul c-section ketiga kali kan, tunggu lama sikit untuk wound healing sebab scar tissue dah ada dari yang first two times. Satu of my mum friends just had her third c-section last year, she said the recovery was slower but manageable with proper rest and good support from husband, honestly the main thing is jangan force yourself to move around too much early on, and make sure you have family help because lifting anak-anak lain boleh jadi problem. Definitely discuss this with your OB though, as every pregnancy and surgery is different, especially when it's your third time! All the best, mama, you got this!
