Teringin ikan keli

Ikan keli boleh lah mummy, but pastikan ia masak betul-betul and dari source yang clean, a few of us pregnant mummies are quite careful about freshwater fish sebab sometimes ada bacteria or parasites yang tak bagus for baby. Best to check with your doctor or midwife about how often is safe to eat it, since they know your pregnancy best, but generally kalau cooked properly and from trusted place should be okay, just don't overdo it lah!
