Honestly, pantang sendiri dengan toddler 3 tahun is super challenging, a few of us did it and it's not easy lah! My suggestion is try to get help, whether it's your mum, MIL, or even hiring someone part-time, because you really do need proper rest after c-section and pantang restrictions at the same time. If you really have to manage alone, involve your 3-year-old in simpler activities next to you (colouring, watching shows) so he's occupied while you rest, but honestly you'll struggle with lifting, bending, and all the no-no foods pantang diet. Have easy meals prepared beforehand, ask a friend to check in daily, and don't be shy asking your spouse to take more leave, your recovery is important too, especially after major surgery!
