Hb semakin low

Hai mommies....I'm 15 week ls of pregnancy now.. my hb is getting low 12.9 to 11.3.. If take iron tablets will vomit.. Plz need some advice from mummy who have experience on this...

u mean the zincofer? if u can't tolerate you need to inform the doctor to change the medicine. or alternatively u can walk into the pharmacy and ask if there sell a trial pack of iron tablet other than zincofer (iberet/maltofer/obimin)

meaning zincofer is the one u cant tolerate? u can continue eating an iron tablet that usually u take. and do inform nurse if need to double up the dose. because at the moment zincofer is the highest dose of iron tablet.

i took zincofer before sleep with orange/pomegranate juice to ease the nausea. can try and see if it works for u

My doc recommended me to try red dates drink

drink pomegranate juice every day min 1 cup
