Hai mommies..boleh share pengalaman amik epidural masa bersalin normal tak? Org ckp x rasa sakit kan masa contraction tu, mcm mana kita nk tau bila nk kna push baby tu? Ke misi/doc akan bantu kita? Sebelum ni x pnh amik epidural pun, pnh mintak tp x dpt ☺️ tapi kali ni mcm nk mintak awal kt doc sbb sy rsa seram plak nk teran 2x sbb twin
