Eh, I have a few mum friends yang pakai IUCD dan most of them ok je, period biasanya heavier or irregular awal-awal, but settle down after a few months. Susu badan tak affected, alhamdulillah, sebab hormones yang released is very localized je (copper-based ones esp.). Tapi jujur, everyone's different, ada friend saya yang dapat spotting aje, ada yang flow lebih banyak, so boleh la ask your gynae how it might affect you specifically. Honestly the best part is you can just forget about it for 5-10 years, so worth trying if you're concerned about maintenance.
