hai mommies 👋🏻 betul ke saya ada baca pengalaman ibu2 melalui mr.google yg mengatakan perubahan hormon berlaku minimum 3 bulan ? selepas tempoh itu baru kita boleh hamil . .
Hmm, tidak exactly macam tu lah, hormone stabilization memang boleh ambil few months after stopping contraception or hormonal changes, but it doesn't mean you can't get pregnant before that! A few of us mummy friends actually conceived within 1-2 months after stopping pills, so timing varies for each person. Best to track your cycle and DTD regularly during your fertile window, and if after 6-12 months trying you still tak conceive, then better check with your gynae to see if ada any other factors. Setiap orang beda, so jangan stress sangat, just let nature do its thing muna!
