hai, sy ebm...so far tak guna produk. cuma amal horlicks panas utk breakfast dan minum ptg. lunch dinner mkn on time...dlm plate mesti ada karbo, protein dan serat, bykkn minum plain water. kt tpt kerja pam strictly on time, balik rumah df bby...after df, pam bg breast kosong
