hai mami semua , sy nak tanya ada ke dlm ni pernah alami silent miscarriage? no bleeding no spotting , mula mula scan ada kantung semua bila repeat scan after 2w kantung & bby hilang 🥹 time tu maybe 9week , kalau ada boleh share 😌cuma tu lah lepas last scan & repeat upt dah negative 😞 em ada mami pernah lalui? jum share ❤️ jangan lupa doakan sy jgk tau mungkin masih fighter ttc 🥹❤️

Sabar ye mami, Im so sorry youre going through this Silent miscarriage memang one of the hardest things sebab you dont expect it, physically okay but emotionally its heavy, a few of us dalam circle mummy friends have been through the same, and honestly what helped most was giving ourselves permission to grieve without rushing the healing. Do reach out to your doctor to make sure everything is okay physically and emotionally, and dont hesitate to ask about support groups or counselling sebab this is real grief. Youre a fighter, and its okay to take time before ttc again, sending you so much strength, and all of us here are rooting for you
