Cuci rambut salon

Boleh je cuci rambut kat salon while pregnant, memang ramai yang buat je, air panas, chemical dalam shampoo, semua OK kok. Main thing aje ensure ventilation bagus (so you're not inhaling fumes lama-lama), and tell the salon you're pregnant so they boleh adjust positioning kalau perlu, especially kalau takut tertekan perut. A few of my mum friends still go for regular trims and wash throughout, no issues at all!
