Ahhh I understand, back pain during pregnancy memang boleh terasa lagi teruk if you had epidural before, sebab ada scar tissue and inflammation from the injection site that can flare up when baby grows. My second pregnancy the lower back pain was definitely worse than my first, so you're not imagining it! It might help to do gentle stretches, wear a maternity support belt, or ask your doctor about safe physio during pregnancy, some ibu ibu swear by it at 24 weeks onwards.
