Hai mama! Perut baby berbunyi macam tu actually normal je, especially dalam bulan pertama, tummy mereka tengah adjust dengan digestion dan ada banyak gas. Sebab baby 28 hari pa lagi, sistem pencernaannya masih belum fully developed. Tapi kalau dia aktif dan takde demam, tu signs yang bagus! A few of my mum friends, their babies juga bunyi perut macam laparan padahal baru habis minum, as long as baby gaining weight okay dan wet diapers normal (6-8 times sehari untuk breastfed babies), mostly it's just them settling into feeding routine. If the tummy sounds get really intense atau baby seems uncomfortable/crying a lot, check with your paediatrician just to be safe, tapi dari apa cya describe sounds like normal newborn stuff je.
