Sayang, vaginal itching dengan bengkak tu memang uncomfortable and can be a few things, bisa thrush, bacterial infection, or irritation je, so better to follow up with your doctor again even though doktor dah suruh air garam, sebab kalau masih gatal after a few days tu might need something stronger atau kena check apa cause dia. Air garam bagus tapi sometimes kena pairing dengan proper medication depending on what's causing it lah. A few of my mum friends pun pernah kena and most of them kena go back to doc untuk proper diagnosis before the pharmacist's medicine baru effective. Don't worry, these things happen especially during pregnancy or after delivery, just make sure doc knows air garam tak cure the itch yet so they can investigate further okay? You'll be fine soon, just get it checked properly!
