Hindi naman bawal, love! That's mostly old wives' tales na na-pass down lang sa amin from our lolas, walang medical basis yan. A few of us moms talk about this din, at honestly, maraming pregnant friends ko na nag-sleep alone the whole pregnancy, perfectly fine lang sila at healthy babies naman. Kung comfortable ka at okay ang doctor mo, sleep how you need to sleep, your rest matters more ngayon.
