Aaah sis, I totally get it, that last week is real torture! A few of us moms tried walking a lot (literal mall rounds!), pelvic tilts, and staying active, pero honestly the baby will come when baby is ready, hindi natin siya mapapamadali ng ganyan. Best advice talaga: rest up while you can kasi pagdating na, walang pahinga! But if you're really worried na parang wala nang progress or something feels off, definitely check with your OB na lang para ma-monitor nang maigi, they might have insights based sa your situation.
