Duvadilan and Duphaston

Good morning po. I am just curious lang. I had history of preterm delivery during my 1st pregnancy since 26 weeks lang yung baby ko eventually he died after a month. Before planning to get pregnant again, I consulted to a new OB kasi wala talaga akong OB nong first pregnancy dahil package deal yung availment ko so resident doctors lang, I had not so good experience kasi hindi sila thorough unlike nong license OB na talaga o baka ganun talaga sa hospital na yun.So my husband and I decided to really consult na sa OB talaga yung matagal na sa profession. Before I conceived, I told her about the history, wala talagang infections nakita sa akin, they biopsied my placenta negative, isa lang ma point nila stress kay nag preterm labor ako. Hindi ko alam na stress ako kasi mataas ang tolerance ko sa stress lalo na sa field of work, kaya I cannot really identify, but unfortunately, it manifested in my body. Wala din problem yung baby ko, healthy sana sya kong hindi lang napaaga yung labas, 26 weeks palang kasi, bali 6 months and half palang. Kaya hindi nag survive mahina yung lungs but other parts ng body niya is suprisingly all are normal, kahit na distress pa sya sa loob dahil pinigilan pa sya lumabas dahil wala pa swab result ko but 2hrs lang sya nagwait, pina rush namin. So physically walang problema sa amin both that lead early labor except sa stress.I gave birth via normal delivery. Ngayon po, I am currently 21 weeks and 5 days pregnant, due to history my OB prescribed me duphaston since 1st trimester, then ngayon na nasa 2nd trimester na ako, Duvadilan yung na add, aside sa mga prenatal vitamins. My OB explained to me naman why I have to take these two prescribed meds and I completely understand. I am just curious lang if meron ba same experience sa akin na nagtake ng duphaston and duvadilan at nong nanganak is na normal delivery naman po? Curious lang po ako.. Hehehe. Thank you

Aww sis, Im really sorry about your first baby, that must have been so heartbreaking. But Im glad you found a good OB na talaga nang thorough this time, at okay lang na nag-prescribe siya ng Duphaston at Duvadilan kasi talagang justified based sa history mo. A few of us sa circle ko namin nag-take din ng Duphaston throughout, especially with previous complications, at nag-deliver ng healthy babies both normal at C-section kaya possible talaga, pero honestly, every pregnancy is different din, so best na i-track mo ang progress mo with your OB na, theyll monitor kung how youre responding sa meds at sa pregnancy itself. Youre doing great na taking care of this one, and crossing fingers para sa better outcome this time! Strength, mama.
